now it perfect. Just one more question. The documentation says it uses cookies to determine frequency, now in europe cookies are mean 
is there a feature where i can choose that the frequency can be stored either in the in session variable or be managed by cookies or maybe both? This would be awsome.

Yes, the plugin uses cookie to control displaying frequency of landing page to specific users
