Who am I to get support?

JoomlaGeek’s support is premium for users who have purchased successfully single products or Developer Packages from us. With free products, the support is limited and less prioritizied.

Where do I get support?

According to our Support Policy, all questions and issues can be submitted under our Forums and Ticket form

Recommendation

The more detailed your issues is, the better and faster we can support you to solve it. You are recommended to send us the following information when submitting any issue.

  1. Your registered email.
  2. Your Joomla product name.
  3. Sufficient description about your issue.
  4. Screenshots.
  5. Site URL and login details if required by Support staff.

What will JoomlaGeek support?

  1. Helping users achieve demo site like display.
  2. Bug fixes (on priority).
  3. Limited customisation.
  4. New features? Let us know. We surely will work on the most talked-about features from users.

What is NOT supported?

3rd party extension customization/bugs. Believe us, the 3rd party extension providers can solve it way better. Major customization involving major change of code is beyond the scope of support.

Support is available Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM (GMT +7) with reply time of max 24 hrs.
